🌿 Frequently Asked Questions

Who can submit a referral?

What ages do you serve?

Precision Behavior Solutions LLC currently provides services for children and adolescents ages 2 through 17 years old.

Do I need a diagnosis before referring?

Most referrals receive a response within 1–2 business days. For urgent questions, families and providers may contact our office directly by phone or email.

What insurance or funding do you accept?

We currently accept SoonerCare / Oklahoma Medicaid, private pay, and selected commercial insurance plans pending credentialing approval. Benefits and eligibility will be verified prior to services.

Can services be provided at home, school, or in the community?

Yes. Services may be provided in home, community, telehealth, and school collaboration settings, based on the child’s individual needs and clinical recommendations.

Is parent or caregiver participation required?

Yes. Parent and caregiver participation is an essential part of treatment. Ongoing caregiver training and collaboration are expected to support consistency and progress across settings.
