Review Information
To help us prepare for your child’s initial assessment and treatment planning, families may securely upload important records and intake documents through our website or submit them by email prior to the appointment. Uploaded documents are reviewed directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and, when applicable, authorized clinical staff involved in the intake and assessment process. Records commonly reviewed include: • Diagnostic evaluations / autism evaluations • Psychological assessments • IEPs and school reports • Speech and occupational therapy evaluations • Previous ABA treatment summaries • Medical and developmental history forms ⏳ Review Timeline Most uploaded documents are reviewed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high intake volume, review may take up to 5 business days. Families will be contacted if additional information is needed prior to the scheduled consultation or assessment. 📄 Paper Copies Welcome Families are always welcome to bring paper copies of records and completed forms to the initial appointment. If preferred, printed documents may also be completed in person during intake.
